3. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at £7.95 per order.

Free delivery is available on all UK orders with a total value of £50 or more (after VAT).

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

5. Returns and Refunds

All Errors, Damages, Shortages must be advised by telephone/email on DAY of DELIVERY within 3days, or no allowance can be made.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
